Abstract

As we live today, what it is  called (the era of the figure), which is considered to be the cornerstone work management in all fields: (economic, social, political, health, and education, etc.), the women is an important part of this age, as the  Iraqi women was in particular ,the most  affected as a result of her sufferings for more than three decades text and a half  of wars. The important of the entitled study (Statistic of Iraqi Women in The Circle of Black Figure) lies on theoretical aspect as it considers as theoretical addition on the aspect of criminal social science ,it is also characterized the defect areas on inaccurate statics (formal or informal) that related with Iraqi woman and  their consequences on exacerbate her problems. The objectives that should be terminated are to illustrate the relation between the concept of dark figure in static and link it with exacerbate the social, spiritual , health  and economic problems in war and peace period then discuss the affection of these on social policymaking that related with their issues, also determine the priorities for action in order to solve them, which has positive implications for reducing  the effort, money and time that not had been made to solve these interrelated problems, it also seeks to reveal the relation between the inaccurate statics and data that related with affected women and shortcoming of the state in distributing the resources, services and available assistant according to their needs. The current study depends on conductive, analysis and comparison methods in discussing the problem by depending on statistics or available formal and informal data and compare it with daily life that Iraqi woman has lived.
