A study was conducted during the growing season 2015 to investigate the metal content of ten cultivated varieties of grape (Kamali V1, Sarquola V2, Zardy-zilin V3,Yaghoti V4, Bae-dank V5, Zardy- zullikha V6, Rashmiree V7, Tre-rash V8, Thompson seedless V9 and Des-AlAnnz V10) in a grape orchard at Canypanca (40 km east of Sulaymaniyah) . 30 old vines aged of 8 years were selected (3 vines to each variety ). Trees were trained as wires growing on distance (4m× 2.5m) . Winter pruning was performed in the middle of January leaving 80 eyes per vine distributed on 8 fruity canes, contain 10 eyes each, also 8 renewal spurs were left. A study was conducted in R.C.B.D. design, using one vine for each experimental unit. Results revealed that all varieties significantly differed between them in petioles content of metal where the highest concentration of (N, P, K, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu) observed for the varieties (V8, V4, V8, V6, V6, V1, V9, V8) and reached values of 1.76%, 0.57%, 1.63%, 0.63%, 182.33 mg.kg-1,81.73 mg.kg-1, 87.23 mg.kg-1, 43.28 mg.kg-1, respectively ,while mentioned elements level decreased to lowest values reached 1.58%, 0.42%, 1.32%, 0.46%, 149.54 mg.kg-1, 58.06 mg.kg-1, 62.05 mg.kg-1, 24.37 mg.kg of verities ( V7, V8, V7, V4 and V7, V2, V7, V2, V10), respectively.
