Emotional disorder and its relation with seasonal changes in employees

Abstract

The aims of this research were:

1 - Identifying emotional disorder of Government employee (higher education).

2- Identifying statically differences emotional disorder according to season (winter and summer).

3- Identifying statically differences in emotional disorder according to (male-female) in summer.       

4- Identifying statically differences in emotional disorder according to (male-female) in winter.

To achieve these aims, the researcher establish emotional disorder scale in winter and summer. The researchers built their results on 200 employees of higher education healthy ministry as 100 female and 100 male. Students and the researcher uses t – test of one group and 2independent samples. Then, the statically processors showed that the samples suffered from emotional disorder, the female are higher in in winter. The researchers achieve many achievements and recommendations.
