Ombudsman in Islam and in the United Nations: A comparative study

Abstract
The judiciary is the legal way to deter injustice and achieve judicial protection in the event that individuals and employees in organizations for abuse of power, so there is a need to function in support of justice represented by the Ombudsman's office to resolve disputes between individuals and the organization through the office or mediation of cases referred to it by the court disputes at the United Nations.
Therefore, the subject of Ombudsman, which represents the new functionality in the justice system at the United Nations drew our eyes that this function is known to Muslim countries and commonly referred to as (Wali or Ombudsman) was his awe and prestige because it represents the highest authority in the Islamic state this on the one hand, on the other hand, the Ombudsman of the United Nations represents the role of mediation and provide general guidelines and assistance in secret is not a public official but an active role in the administration of justice and conflict resolution before it in the system non-formal administration of justice to eliminate administrative International at the United Nations, so and inform the subject of our research the into two sections: The first topic dealt with the definition of the Ombudsman and the second part of the statement of the terms of reference of each of the two functions, and then finished by a conclusion included the conclusions and recommendations which we concluded it as a fruit of this research
