Abstract
Modern science research interest in the administration attaches great importance to all its branches, to leave the impact of large organizations, including involving. Among these branches is a branch of educational administration that deal with educational institutions holistically, including universities. This research has dealt with the concept of an interview appeared on the scene in the world of management, performance management is, we find that both the leader and his followers in the administrative process needed to harmony and cross-fertilization of ideas, skills development and addressing the mistakes. These processes involve the whole under the concept of performance management, which consists of four areas (performance planning, performance evaluation, feedback, development and improvement of the performance). After the application of the search tool on the research sample who are heads of departments at the university, found that the best part in the area to have this concept is to develop and improve performance, and that there are some weaknesses in the feedback .
