A study of the effects of hypertension on the epithelial cell lining the female mouth

Abstract

This study was design to know the changes that occur in epithelial cells lining the mouth of female have hypertension. Twelve's specimens were collected from the mouth of female have hypertension (have no other disease and non smoker), a smears from these specimens were done and stained with Giemsa stain. Also smears from female mouth have no disease for compartment. The results of microscopic examination reflects some changes in cells lining the moth of female have hypertension represented with swelling of the cells with an increment in pinocytotic  vesicles, a lot amount of bacteria were seen in the epithelial lining cells, as well as shrinkages in some epithelial nuclei with the degeneration of other cells. All these changes cause an infiltration of inflammatory cells. From this study we can conclude that hypertension have effects on mouth health.
