Abstract

The importance of the study of being dealt a topic vital is policy powers in an important region of the world is seeking both of them to practice the role of a regional and global power in the international political system, especially since each of them has a permanent seat in the UN Security Council, which would allow China and Russia wider choice in dealing with international crises. In order to stop the nature of the role the Russian-Chinese relations and common positions in international, this study was a scientific attempt for this purpose. As it tries to shed light on how to handle China and Russia in dealing with international crises in terms of subscribers and is compatible in most cases after they have developed their relations in a positive way in the twenty-first century, especially after the events of September 11 2001  since this era gave way and the broad elements of their economic strength, military and technological to prove their existence actor in the international arena, which has become the most prominent signs of strength and international influence and determined main aim of this study was to monitor the image interaction future of China and Russia in international crisis management and to enable them to cope with changes in the balance of power and structural changes in the structures of the global system that may suggest China and Russia in the exercise of an influential global role in international relations.
